TGIF.....:)

In the past, weekends have been particularly difficult for me,difficult in the sense that my diet gets bursted. This time around I have decided to put in more effort, not that I have a choice(my weight*which must not be mentioned* is of major concern).
Yesterday was my off day*smiles*. My meals yesterday consisted of

Breakfast
All bran n soy milk & green tea
Snack
Wheat bread n peanut paste
1 garden egg&2sweets
Lunch
Sweet potato n gravy chicken
Nutri c
Dinner
Tiny demo n okro
2glasses of red wine
No exercise

Today I worked my ass off exercising and my glutes hurt. My meals consisted of

Breakfast
All bran cereal n soy milk/fruit salad
Green tea & slimmin tea
Snack
Glass of wine
Lunch
Chicken salad
1/4 Roast chicken
Dinner
Sweet potatoes n gravy
Red wine.

Fitness gurus out there,How did I do?

Finger crossed I'll be good for the rest of the weekend.

  1. All I see is calories.....def more than 800. No red wine, no alcohol...try 2 do smallers portions...water!! water!! Water!! Drinks loads of it...keeps u hydrated so u are not feeling weak, try 2 research on water and dieting ...besides dat...looking good and all d best...u must loose dis weight o...so u can motivate me :)......Mrs Shobo

  7. Its all about portion control and using healthier alternatives for your daily meals. Eg I use olive oil to cook . Soy instead of full cream milk etc More about this in my next post

  8. Biola is really motivating oh, my own main problem is sticking to d diet regime, I might just lock my jaw afterall, btw Boma how much will it cost for me to lock my jaw
