I have decided to break that cycle and regain power.....yes power to meet my goals once and for all....whew. So help me God.
I have enlisted the help of the shrinkers,silk&purple,nelly etc
Still keeping the details of my new diet regime under wraps.
Will keep you posted as i proceed and when I start to see results by the end of this month. Fingers crossed.

Been long I blogged......
Well it's a little over a month and I feel bad( lol ). I have a confession - i've been badddd, I succumbed to almost all the cravings I managed to suppress for the last 3 months. Whew, am glad that phase of my weight loss journey is over.
So I weighed myself this morning and I gained 2.5kg....well it's not so bad to me because I expected worse......hehehe.
Yeah there are a couple of reasons why I think i went off my diet (not sharing😝) ,other times i was totally clueless. But most importantly, i think I am back on track . I Started my day with lime in warm water,green tea and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Also had some watermelon and cucumber . All these in a bid to cleanse my system ( I hope it works).

Today at home everyone decided to have a different dinner, not just that but mouth watering and fattening food.
Today's dinner consisted of
Fried dodo n sweet beans
Indomine and fried eggs
Jollof rice n BBQ chicken
You can imagine the assault on my nose . It took a lot of will power for me to say no and fight the urge to taste one spoon. I am so proud of myself I decided to blog about it *widegrin*
Settled for an avocado,pineapple,carrot and apple smoothie.......yummy.
P.s - my first smoothie, will definitely do more of this.
