Hi peeps, i stumbled across a site called african weight loss and a weight loss doctor outlined a diet of about 800 calories a day. What's your take on this? Is it healthy? Is It do-able . I will try it and let you know how well it goes.

Babes! Great job o! So proud of u. Pls send me the link to this website. 800 calories seems like its too low and unsafe especially if u plan on working out. Your body needs to fuel to function and its fuel is our fOod. I will increase the calorie a little bit to about 1200 to be on the safe side. Good luck on your journey! Ill be rooting for ya!!

ReplyDeleteyes you can add more calories by way of green vegetables like spinach, broccoli,Asparagus. I'm guessing Sunday is your rest day from workout so why not swap the rice for another day during the week when your body will need that energy? Only form of carbs u should eat on a rest day is fruit and veg! Goodluck
